Why does the mobile admin show just a blank screen on my device?

This is often a problem with caching, and can be fixed by closing Safari and clearing the cache:
  • Double Click your Home button so that your recent apps drawer shows up
  • Find Safari and long click it until it starts wiggling
  • Click on the little minus bubble that will appear on the icon
  • Click the Home button to close the drawer
  • Go to your "Settings"
  • Click on the "Safari" entry
  • Navigate until you see the buttons with the "Clear" labels
  • Click on the "Clear History" button > On the popup click "Clear History"
  • Click on the "Click Cookies" button > On the popup click "Clear Cookies"
  • Click on the "Clear Cache" button > On the popup click "Clear Cache"

Re-launch Safari and navigate to <yourshop>.myshopify.com/admin.
When you log in now you should be presented with the mobile admin dashboard.
