How do I change the look and feel of my shop?(Classic)
By editing your theme settings, you can bring some basic changes to the look and feel of your shop. You can pick new colors schemes and fonts, or add a store logo. Please review our design policy if you feel that you need more customization than what your theme settings offer.
To edit your theme settings, go to Theme → Theme Settings:

Theme settings are organized into sections titled Body, Colors, etc. You can collapse and un-collapse each section by clicking on its title.
To understand how theme settings work, please go through the article How do I add a logo to the top of my store's front page?. Take note that the title of the section where you'll find your logo settings will vary from theme to theme. In the Reconfigured theme, the logo settings are found under Site logo, in Onyx they are found under Images etc.
Important notes and tips
Very important: Theme settings are specific to a theme. They differ from theme to theme.
Any of these actions will erase your current theme settings:
- if you re-apply your theme (go to Theme → Browse Themes)
- if you apply a new theme (go to Theme → Browse Themes)
- if you upload a new theme (go to Theme → Template Editor)
If you want to experience with different theme settings but do not want to lose your current settings, you can save your current settings by creating a preset. You can think of a 'preset' as a snapshot of your theme settings, a snapshot you can revert to ('roll back' to) at any time.

It is best practices when you start working with a new theme to save its default (manufacture if you will) settings as a preset. You could call that preset Default for example.
